Current temperature as of 10:40 AM is 52 F. Cloud conditions were clear with calm wind conditions. No precipitation in or near the vicinity.

Forecast for January 16, 2025:

A low of 32 F and a high of 62 F with no precipitation is expected. There will be clear skies until the evening hours, where scattered clouds will move in and steadily becoming more overcast.

No precipitation is expected, but Saturday looks to have rainy weather incoming from an approaching low pressure system. 

Gentle - calm wind conditions are expected throughout the day due to the approaching low pressure system. The winds are losing a driving force of direction as the system affects the atmosphere around it.

Clear skies are expected until the evening hours, with scattered cloud coverage moving in. Completely overcast skies are expected by late evening.

Actual Weather Conditions: Low: 26 F, High: 62 F, No Precipitation

Temperatures did get lower than expected, but it is just at the edge of my acceptable error margin. Given that the models were predicting a low of 32 F as well, a lower temperature than expected should have definitely been expected. 

Perfect prediction on the high however. Yay!
