CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS: 

Current temperatures as of 10:30 AM is 45 F. There are overcast skies over Central GA with some light showers moving through the area. These light showers are expected to clear out by the afternoon. Wind conditions range from calm to a gentle breeze, with a wind speed of 7 mph recorded at 10:30 AM.

Forecast for January 14, 2025

A low of 28 F and a high of 54 F can be expected with no precipitation. 

A high pressure system will have fully settled over the SE, leading to a calm day with no precipitation and clear skies. Moderately windy conditions can be expected, although the wind itself will be extremely variable throughout the day. 

The models are predicting a scattered to overcast day. But with a lack of moisture also predicted, I am airing on the MOS's prediction of a clear cloudless day.

Although no consensus on the wind could be reached between models, a variably windy day ranging from light to moderate wind conditions should be expected. Strongest winds are set to occur in the afternoon alongside our maximum daytime heating received from the sun.

My low is spot on, with the high being within an acceptable error margin. Temperatures warmed up much more than the models and statistics thought that it would. It seems to stand that on average weather days, we can always expect the temperature to be slightly above statistical analysis that the MOS provides..
