CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS 

Current temperature as of 9 AM is 39 F. Cloud conditions were clear and a gentle - moderate breeze has been persistent in the area. There is no precipitation ongoing or in the nearby vicinity that will affect Central GA. 

Forecast for January 16, 2025

A low of 29 F and a high of 60 F can be expected with no precipitation. Scattered cloud coverage at the beginning of the day will being clearing up after the late morning hours. Moderate wind conditions on the stronger side will occur during the afternoon hours, but gentle breezes can be expected any other time of the day.

A high pressure system in the SE region are keeping conditions stable and clear. The 540 line is retreating back to the north, squashing any hope for snow potential at the moment. 

Broken cloud coverage can be expected during the overnight hours all the way up to the late morning hours (around 10 AM). After that, cloud coverage can be expected to clear for the rest of the day.

Gentle to moderate winds can be expected, with stronger wind speeds expected during the afternoon hours. A decrease in wind speeds can be expected in the late evening hours.

Actual Weather Conditions: Low: 26 F, High: 61 F, No precipitation.

The low did go lower than expected from the models and MOS. It is still within the acceptable range of error, but it should be noted that the low seems to be consistently being "lower than expected".  The high is only off by one degree, which is very acceptable.
